Imannuel Kant : Ontological argument of existence

In Immanuel Kant's hypothesis of the ontological argument for existence, he states that 'existence' is not a synthetic judgement of a concept. The concept of an existing horse and a non existing horse are identical. If a concept exists, to say it is 'existent' is simply a tautology, and adds no differentiation to the object or the concept being defined. The distinction between horses and unicorns is not that unicorns are 'non existent' but rather we have spatio-temporal awareness of horses, and through this we can relate the concept 'horseness' to a particular object in a particular space and time. By the same premise, the concept of the existent floating aborigines with a silver moose head is no different from the concept of the non existent floating aborigines with a silver moose head.

Time : Inspired by Chris-to-pher

I started reading my friends' blog today (Chris-to-pher.com) a fellow graphic designer who immerses himself in his surroundings; reducing himself to the position of analyst, and reducing things to typographic interpretations to gain knowledge and understanding of the peculiar world he inhabits.
His most recent pondering or exercise was to describe 'things' in only three words.
I found this task quaintly romantic, and the method of deductibility of complex thought into three simple words (simple by the standard of the initial complex thought) quite satisfying and challenging.
The one example that stood out was the concept 'time'. How do I relate to such a ubiquitous concept, so entrenched in the way we all think about every event ever conceived or experienced.
It is a concept that conventionally divides into three : past, present, future. But convention is something that both repels and inspires me.
I am intrigued by the difficulty of describing something so common; a human convention, relative to our interpretation. Time is integral for the mind to work, yet difficult for the mind to understand.
A series of 'moments' in a lineal formation. the foundation of substance and causality. the thing that distinguishes one event from another.
The future is pure imagination and the present only existing in the tense we chose.
Is time infinite of finite?

'imaginary transient moments'

are the 3 words that spring to mind. Perhaps i'll think of something different in the future.

Poem : The world is a fish balancing on a pyramid

Where love resides in deep detract

drawn from the deaf man's mouth

intact and unheard

untouched this flapping twitch

a fish

dancing its own death for the sake

of nothing more

than to prove it exists.

We wait for gravity's shoes

spun blue with sparkle lines to give

love a little shake and twist

awake

the dreaming eye of desire

quenched for scruples to be spent

now thoughts drip higher

like fleeting meanings of

tongues now missed

the golden revival

through unknown wings perspire

with dreams of birds

we wish

to hold the universe

in a single word.
